Wilfred was a complete legend this morning and napped for nearly an hour, giving me a chance to wash my hair and put a full face of make up on. Huzzah! I feel very human right now 😂.
I am fully zoned for food today so got everything crossed for a decent loss for weigh day tomorrow. Lots of speed and protein needed in the coming weeks to firmly push through my fat weight.
I have 15,000 steps as a target for today as I would like to end the work week hustle on 60,000 or more. 🏋️♂️ I’m currently at around 3,000 so 12,000 to pace out before bed. Totally achievable, especially as I am meeting my sister for a stroll later and she can push the pushchair. I swear I get less steps when I push?
