I survived my fitness test! Hurrah! There’s something amazing about walking back through the door just after 7am, fitness for the day done! How good is that? Kellie is so encouraging I can’t wait to go to my next session next week! I am going to be stiff as I used muscles that haven’t seen the light of day for many a month/year but I would go as far as saying I enjoyed the fitness test and it felt quite liberating leaving the house on my own with no changing bag. Think it will be a bit of sanctuary for myself each week.
My first day on flex wasn’t good at all. I’ve got loads of naughty food left over from the christening and found myself having a binge for literally no reason. My self control went out the window and I did the classic, “oh well I’ve eaten one bad thing so may as well keep going.” Grrrr. Today is a new day though and I will flex 100 percent for the rest of the week. I’ve got to accept the gain heading my way on Saturday and push forward, limit the damage rather than add to it 🤦♂️.
This is no reflection on flex, I had a delicious lunch and know I will love the plan. I just can’t have bad food in the house. Yes I should have more self control but I’ve never been able to have it in the house, it’s all I can think about all day 🤦♂️.
It’s not the end of the world, I feel as fat as when I started but actually have only put on about 2lb since Friday so some of that will come off before Saturday and the rest and more next week. Life will get in the way at times and it’s a journey to a lifetime of slimness not a sprint to the finish line.
Still a bloody idiot for letting myself binge though 😂.
