I’ve weighed in a day early as I can’t make group tomorrow morning and I’ve somehow scraped half a pound off. I don’t deserve it so know I’ve got to be fully on the plan this week to make sure the gain doesn’t show itself next week on the scales. I’m over the moon but feel a little naughty as the cake definitely got the better of me. I suppose my low carb tea must have helped the scales this morning 🤦♂️.
I’m about to fully find out about flex so really excited. From my initial research I think I know mostly what the deal with it is but be great to hear officially. I will give my verdict tomorrow and give some ideas of dinners for the week ahead! Onwards and upwards!
