I was silly and had a pig out day yesterday. Stupid Linda won. Woken up and fully back on track. The new plan allows you to roll points over so some of the bad food was ok π. That’s what I’m telling myself anyway and as long as it doesn’t turn into a spiral week I’m ok with it. You can’t be an angel the whole time otherwise you soon get bored and that’s when the real damage is done. Yes I could have had a salad at pizza express but I would have been miserable watching my family enjoy their pizza π. I know it’s silly as bread really disagrees with me so I am sporting the biggest bloat but there you go!
PT was great today but I can already feel it on my arms. π I’m going to try and up the cardio this week but already feel so much better for doing exercise. Personally I have to do it first thing, logistically for childcare but also because the thought of a workout is always so much worse than the actual workout. I’m queen of excuses and know if it was booked for late in the day I would psyche myself out and cancel more than I attend.
So lots of exciting things on the menu this week. My JD seasoning order arrived so I can have seasoned butternut chips, fake away lamb kebab, Bolognese where you just drop the spices in and some delicious flavours on flattened chicken. I can’t recommend their little pots enough. My husband is the biggest sceptic on things like this as he just sees it as a con, why buy a pot of herbs made up when you have all the herbs in the cupboard? He even suggested the latest re-order he enjoys the meals that much though! It’s great in the week as you follow the instructions and have a delicious meal made really quickly with the flavour taken care of.
The little blue dress has its first official outing Friday so I really need to be as good as gold all week. π
