I’ve been in Scotland visiting family and sticking on plan has been near on impossible, even with the best intentions. I’m at the point on my diet now though where an off plan meal or treat gives me the worst stomach ache. It puts me off cheating too much, which is good! The only thing I could do to keep an ounce of control was to get my steps in. There’s no way it can have counter balanced the food intake but I think it helps maintain the mindset and stop the bad day turning into a bad week and beyond!
So I’m putting it behind me and cracking on with my no count week. Caffiene needed 😂.
