Weigh in

I am so pleased to have lost 4 this week. I’ve had so much energy and not felt really hungry at all.

I hate that weekends can ruin your progress and mindset so feeling determined not to undo the hard work. I’ve got some ingredients to do some of Joe Wicks’ recipes so breakfast is spicy eggs, yum!

Cannot wait for Monday to start my 5 days of nude food again 😍.
