I am so excited about my weigh in tomorrow. I don’t think we will get told of any changes to the plan until next week but it will feel amazing to step on the scales.
It’s so hard when you have a lot of weight to lose to not get disheartened when it’s not coming off quickly enough. I think slow progress for me is the best option though to hopefully minimise saggy skin, especially on my tummy after it has been home for two babies. I never had a model’s body so unrealistic to expect I ever will 😂. It is fantastic though that celebrity mothers are showing their saggy tummies and making it a normal outcome of pregnancy. It should be a badge of honour.
I really want a loss on the scales tomorrow so will have a meat and veg tea to limit carbs. Will post the result in the morning!
