So sad to be packing the cases up. We are all excited to see friends, family and our balance bike again (!) but not ready to say goodbye to California. There’s something about holidays to far away lands and forgetting your troubles. Maybe it should be prescribed for stress as it’s against the law to worry and stress on holiday. I feel so rejuvenated and ready to tackle this weight loss with no excuses (and no in and out burgers 😂.)
I am sad I’ve not been able to stick to the plan this week and could definitely have picked wiser choices but hey ho. I was good last week so at least it’s a week of bad food to get off not two. Plan for next week is to be 100 percent back on track to damage control for Saturday’s weigh in. My fitness plan will be put in place which is exciting as I can’t wait to feel fitter. It’s been a long time that I’ve not been out of breath after a few flights of stairs. Pitiful at 29 years old!
So all this time in California and the only ‘celeb’ we have seen was Jarrod from Storage Wars 🙈. He’s lost a lot of weight actually so maybe I should have asked for his secret 😂. Not a Kardashian in sight. We did drive by Jay and Gloria’s and the Dunphy’s which was sureal given the amount of modern family I’ve watched over the years.
So Blighty let’s be having you and your grey skies. Cali, we will be back don’t you worry 😂.
