Hello and welcome to my blog! I am 6 weeks postpartum to the day today and wanted to log my fitness and weight loss journey everyday. I am extremely unfit and going to start running and following a healthy eating plan, initially weight watchers to give me a weekly weigh in and accountability at the scales. Whilst this has been started to keep me in check, I am hoping to have followers in similar circumstances so we can all help each other! I have at least 3 stone to get rid of forever.
My first workout was somewhat successful today. I did not wet myself (always a fear with running after a baby or two!) I managed to run for 5 minutes straight, laughable to someone fit but quite an achievement given my fitness level.
Self love is vital to keep going, love yourself at every stage of the journey. Sharing pictures of my mum tum is not so fun but it is great to have photos to look back on.
