We have a poorly Wilf with a sickness bug so all on tenterhooks waiting to see if it spreads through the family like wildfire. So horrible when you can’t do anything to help the little fellow. Fingers crossed he’s through the worst of it. Poor Granny got the worst of him Friday night 🤦♂️.
I was off plan Friday night for a well deserved date night so didn’t get to weigh in Saturday. I am also really trying my best to stop the habit of jumping on the scales every day (sometimes twice). So many people don’t weigh themselves but instead go on how they feel and how their clothes fit. I am going to give it a go but I will weigh in Monday morning so I can see how I go this week on “nude food”. I literally cannot wait to have the meals all done for me and know it’s proper food that’s good for my workouts too. One of my good friends introduced me to macros this week too. Sometimes I wonder if I live under a rock as I had never even heard the word before 😂. I think ultimately this is something I want to do and might trial over next weekend so will keep you posted on how it goes. If you can get your ratios right it can be quite liberating and the weight should start to drop off with lots of exercise!
Some more words will be sorted for exercises this week I will post later 🏋️♂️. I must say the burpees are vile and seemed to make way too much of an appearance for my liking 😂. Work hard this week and workout as if Tommy Shelby was watching ☺️.
